The Federation of Master Builders is the UK’s largest trade association in the building sector.
As a member, we have to meet strict criteria, for example, providing a commitment to offer all our customers the option of a building work guarantee from the National Register of Warranted Builders (NRWB).
Registered on the National House-Building Council’s (NHBC) Register
The NHBC is the leading warranty and insurance provider for builders. It sets standards for UK house-building for new and newly converted homes.
New homes built by NHBC house builders are covered by the ten year Buildmark warranty.

Member of the Constructionline National online database
Constructionline manages the UK’s largest register for pre-qualified contractors and consultants.
Constructionline suppliers are qualified to government standards and around 8,000 buyers use the database to source contractors and consultants.
Acclaim Accreditation
Acclaim is a health and safety accreditation service developed by Constructionline – the Government-owned certification service, and exclusively available to its membership.
Acclaim is a member of ‘Safety Schemes In Procurement’ (SSIP), which is an umbrella organisation for health and safety assessment schemes.
CHAS – the Contractors’ Health and Safety Assessment Scheme
CHAS is the market leader for health and safety pre-qualification in the UK. As a CHAS accredited company, we are compliant with important parts of health and safety law and approved to work for all CHAS buyers.
SafeContractor Approved
SafeContractor is the fastest growing health and safety accreditation scheme in the UK, with more than 210 major clients and over 20,000 contractor members.
With its increasing membership and growing profile in the UK, the safecontractor scheme is now used by many large organisations as a way of obtaining competent contractors.
