Site Managers Declan Treacy & Rob Ward have been presented with the ‘Single Home Commendation Award’ after displaying the utmost care, professionalism and attention to detail in his work at a project in Upper Boddington, Daventry, Northamptonshire.

This award recognises the work of site managers working on housing projects registered with the NHBC, the UK’s leading warranty and insurance provider and standard setting body for new build homes.

The “Pride in the Job” scheme, which has been running for nearly 30 years, is designed to discover and recognise the very best site managers across the UK. Under the initiative, Site Managers are visited and assessed under 38 different scoring criteria including leadership skills, technical expertise, health and safety and quality of workmanship on site.
