Many of the close knit team have been with Trendgrey Construction since the very early days – together they bring a range of skills and many years of experience to the business.
Nick joined Trendgrey in 1999, and now holds the central role as Company Managing Director. He has overall responsibility for the company’s operations and projects, organising resources, monitoring progress and providing continuous support to the on and off-site managers.
It is Nick’s job to ensure that projects are delivered successfully, professionally and in the most cost-effective way. He also fulfils a general commercial role, continuing to help raise the profile of the company and develop the business.
John has been with Trendgrey since the very start. He is our Principal Quantity Surveyor and deals with contracts from tender stage right through to completion.
John also provides off-site management and quantity surveying, getting involved with clients, consultants and contractors plus our many general and specialist suppliers.
Steven joined us in 2009, taking control of the buying and procurement side of the business. His architectural background allows him to provide input into detailing and design development on both management and design/build projects.
Steven is also responsible for project management of company contracts and activities.
Fiona joined the team in 1999 and is now our Company Secretary. She manages the administration department and supports the team in their project work.
Fiona is also in charge of our HR obligations and has responsibility for maintaining and progressing our various accreditations and registrations.
Sandra is the newest member of the office team and joined the company in 2015. Sandra deals with the general and day-to-day accounting issues and also manages the many financial responsibilities that are a requirement of the construction industry.
Paul has been our Chief Estimator since we began trading. He ensures that tender responses are delivered promptly and are considered, professional and competitive.
Phil founded the business in 1985 and has spent many years developing it into the well-established, successful building company it is today. He now acts as a consultant to the company and maintains an active role in supporting and monitoring quality and progress.
Phil is also responsible for developing and maintaining many of our longstanding client relationships.
